MORABITO ROBERTO S.A.S. started as a one-man business in 2016, aiming to fulfil its customers’ needs. The company grew fast supplying qualified resources and competency, and today it counts on more than twenty skilful developers, specialised in different branches, in order to cover the entire development cycle, from design to industrialisation.

MORABITO ROBERTO S.A.S. combines experience in design with spatial proximity. It guarantees our customers absolute discretion and privacy cooperating both in our customers offices and from our headquarters in Volpiano. Our company supports customers in every phase of their project: from the drafting of the product specification to the feasibility analysis, the development of the project, the structural analysis, detailing of components, the creation of prototypes and their qualification. We guarantee our assistance during the start of the production and following the certification of products to final customer.

ENGINEERING

Study, analysis and design of details of body, chassis, closure, external/internal trim, power train, eletrical harness cable and DMU analysis: bumpers, mudguards, hoods, sides, gratings, conveyors, trunk lid, dashboard, central trim, door panels, side inner trims, rear seats, covers, coating parts, layout engine piping, sensor parking.

The value of training assumes great resonance in the field of professional growth. Precisely because it is related to the processes of change, transformation and strengthening of corporate systems, training must aim at the improvement and development of the person, profession and skills.

JTeam’s experience is an innovative approach to acquisition of specific knowledge to fulfill platform demands. Purpose of JTeams experience is efficiency of project development and it is achieved through following fundamental steps:

Analysis of Client’s request, project’s operational field, expected duration of activities development.
Professional resources selection, through best academic and professional institutions in Turin area, famous for automotive excellency.
Training on specific project area, which is shared with Client’s project platform, implemented using main drawing software suites and advanced design Dassault Systemes/Siemens. “Readiness method” is used, with typical workmanship methodologies of main worldwide “car makers”. Selected teachers with proved and undisputed experience in automotive branch.
Controlled resources induction on design platform before tutor, until Jteam’s assimilation in Client’s development organization.
Tutor’s direct support and periodical check, either physical or remotely, depending on need, to grant prearranged goals and efficiency targets, needed for project development.

The training plans, dedicated to resources for specific technical environments, develop the ability to model in 3d, 2d and sketcher throughout the entire project cycle, from customer input, to technical development, to output results.
The support of automatic filing systems and the use of company start-models complete the training activity.

MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing of products derived from the cut-out technology, project development for production processes, traditional and progressive molds, molds for plastic materials, die-casting molds for metal alloys, molds for carbon fiber, metrological saddles, control fixture, master cubing, plant processes and cost analisys. Consultancy on general mechanic, special thermal treatement materials.
